This is an excellent and professional Flat Iron. I did a lot of research before purchasing the ELLA BELLA. I have fine and highlighted hair and this Ceramic Flat iron has controlled temperature settings which I set at 350°. The cord is plenty long, the auto shutoff and the temperature settings are on the side to set and read. It heats up very quickly and includes a heat resistant storage sleeve to set the Flat iron on while using, and for storage and travel. A two year warranty is included upon registering. I would recommend as it is a great price for the quality. The only change to improve the ease of use, would be to have the on/off controls and temp settings on top. I bought my Ella Bella flat iron a few weeks ago, and I’m honestly thrilled with it. First off, it’s beautifully packaged – it felt more like opening a gift than a hair tool. It also comes packaged with a glove and a heat-resistant mat, which I love. The mat doubles as a little carrying case for the iron, making it really easy to store or travel with. Amazed. I used my daughters (another brand) over Christmas and found a flat iron was just what I needed for my cut. I went on pursuit and found this ELLA BELLA. Immediately I contacted them to secure my warranty and Ruth contacted me and wanted to verify I was satisfied with my purchase. She followed up with another contact. I told her I did have one issue last week where it wouldn't turn on. I tried everything and no results. I waited a few mins and tried again. It worked fine then. Outside of that, it has worked great. The design, durability, time savings, and perfect texture and hair straightness I have looked for has made for my desired hair style. This review is more about the customer service I received than the item itself. Although the straightener is very good and does exactly what I need it to do. It heats up very quick, it straightens and smooths my hair in minutes and I don't feel like it is pulling or breaking my hair. I also like that the buttons are positioned so I don't change or turn off/on while in use. So, overall I am happy with the product, but more importantly was the customer service I received when my straightner stopped working properly. It started turning itself off in mid-use and reverting back to a lower start temperature everytime I turned it back on. The flat iron has multiple temperatures to select from. It heats up to the selected temperature in a timely manner. It is not too heavy to handle and is quite manageable. It straightens my hair but it does not seem to keep my hair as straight though the day as my previous flat iron. It has several protective features to prevent burns and I believe it is of good quality for the price.

I purchased these not knowing what to expect, even though I read many great reviews. And let me just tell you, I am in love! For many, many years I swore by CHI flat irons and those were all I purchased, but after nearly 8 yrs of using my last pair of CHI’s, I decided to shop for some different flat irons. These flat irons are MUCH better! I love the LED display, the multiple settings, how they don’t snag my hair or burn my scalp when I go for my hair roots. I wanted to wait for a few weeks to really use this straightener so that I could give a proper opinion about it. I have coarse wavy hair, and it gets really curly at my neckline. I live in Florida with high humidity. This straightener was able to smooth my worst beadhead hair and make it look shiny and healthy. I didn't have to go over it a bunch of times to get the level of straight I wanted and end up either burning my hair off or not getting the result I wanted.
