Amazing! I am a casual 5k runner and starting to train for my first half-marathon in September. These tights provide incredible support to my knees, hips and abdomen, as well as compression. My legs don't tire nearly as fast as when I run in shorts or regular leggings. I love these so much I bought them in the full length version as well. I am 5'9" 155lbs with long legs and I usually have a problem with leggings and pants fitting me properly length wise (I'm the person who has to order the tall sizes online). These go about 4in below my knee and don't cut into my calf but still provide great compression and support. They also come up nice and high (sit right at my bellybutton), fully covering my butt and lower back. They are snug but flattering and stay in place throughout my run.

Love these capris. They are definitely compression tights, which is great for providing support and helping my knees. I'm 5'4" and 150lbs and the large fits me pretty well. I first got a medium in the full length tights and they were much too small. These were a much better fit. I can tell that it's assumed a large would be for someone taller and leaner than me, because they are maybe an inch too long in the thigh for me and have the tendency to relax after about six or seven miles of running so that the knee structure is beginning to droop below my knees. It's a fast readjustment to raise them back up and the compression helps keep them in place for the rest of the run. These are compression tights so they do run small, they get easier to put on once you've worn them a few times. Love the compression and the support on my knees, hips, and back. I can do better workouts with them rather than without. I would buy these again. However saying that I wish they did run a bit larger. I'm 5' 5" 138 pounds and I wear a large, wish they came in X-large but still wearable. I have the 3/4 length and the full length pants. I have a hip problem and I'm considering wearing them on a long airplane trip in the near future, I think they would keep my hips from being sore after a long flight.

Yes they do run small. I am 5'4'', 160 lbs and I wear a size 8. I bought the large and it fits very nicely, snug but as expected. All the compression points in their proper places. Secondly, All the reviews I have seen for these tights reference how great they are for runners so I will add to the mix. I am a practitioner of Jun Fan Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu who also has multiple old injuries to legs, knees and hips. I bought these tights specifically to wear under my Gi and while Kickboxing. These tights completely lived up to their hype; they kept y muscles warm and supported and I did not feel the fatigue in my hips and thighs I feel at times. I have two pairs of these capris along with tons of other running clothes. I bought them because I'd heard compression wear can help decrease soreness. I'm 5'1" and 108 lbs, generally petite and fit with a bit of a post-baby belly. I ordered the XS, and yes, they look like they'd fit my 5 year old, but I am able to get them on. They are supposed to be VERY fitted, so try the pantyhose approach. As some others have said, it would be nice if they came in short and long lengths for a more precise fit. When I first put them on, I get them in the right spot around my knee, but they're just a bit longer than I need and the seams on my knees seem to shift a bit when I wear them.I've done several practice runs and races in these, and I do feel like they keep me from getting tired and sore as …

I'm a fairly new runner (less than a year) and training for a 15K. I've had hip and IT band issues. I stretch a lot, which is crucial. I bought these tights a month ago because my training ramped up pretty quickly and I was feeling it. These have been a dream. They definitely stabilize my hips and support my alignment. The compression is intense, but it helps during and after the run. My recovery is quicker. Gone are painful days after. I may be a little sore, but nothing like before.They are definitely tough to put on and you feel like a sausage, but I'd never worn real compression tights before and wasn't sure what to expect. Once you get used to putting them on and taking them off, it isn't a problem. I like them so much, I am ordering a second pair.

These are, without a doubt, the BEST running tights/capris I have ever owned! I've been a runner for 22 years and have worn lots of stuff and these are incredible on a variety of levels. 1) I've been wearing a neoprene knee brace on and off for the greater part of my running miles, and wearing these has totally eliminated the need for it. My knee feels stable and secure, and not tweaky in the least, and I ran 20 miles in them just last Sunday. 2) The compression and design of them has reduced any fatigue I used to feel on long runs.
