My husband has owned multiple masks and this is his favorite. The silicone seal is soft and provides a good seal. The lens is clearer than others. He did say it was hard to get the coating that came on it off; and, for the first few dives it tried to fog up-but now it's fine and he wishes he had spent the money and bought it sooner.

Very experienced diver (1000 + dives) have been diving for 30 years and this is the best mask I've used. The skirt is super supple and comfortable for receptive dives and hasn't hardened over time. The seal is impressive and has been more resistant to fogging up than other higher end masks I've had. Worked well for me and bought one for my wife as it seems to fit a variety of different face and head shapes.

All the other masks I’ve worn required me to shave my mustache or else they leaked constantly. The Atomic Venom doesn’t leak a drop. I have a Sam Elliot mustache and I didn’t have to do any trimming or weird shaving to get it to not leak. I do put some chapstick on my mustache also I think that helps.

I really like how soft the skirt is on this mask and that it will accommodate my larger than average nose because of the large nose pocket. It is probably the most comfortable mask I have tried, has an exceptionally low volume, and above average field of view. The one drawback of the soft skirt is that it creates a serious suction on your face making it very difficult to remove and refit easily as the skirt tended to fold over for an underwater drill. The head band is also very soft and comfortable, but this attribute causes it to flop around more underwater while trying to refit the mask for the same drill. This may not be much of an issue for an seasoned diver, but I prefer not to have to worry about that in a pressing situation underwater. If my first choice in masks doesn't work out …

This is an excellent mask! I have been diving since 1984 and I have never bought a personal item like this “online”. It exceeded my expectations and I have had many of the big name masks like Scubapro over the years. I actually bought one for my wife and we used last month in the Turks and Caicos. Vision and perspective was great as it sits close to your face. Zero issues with leaking like I had with my Scubapro. I would highly recommend!!

Very comfortable. Great peripheral vision. Packs small. It fits my partner perfectly. I have a smaller face and does leak slightly under the nose.
